Finally, the Minsitry of Consumer Affairs [MCA] is trying to help the Indian consumer fight for his rights online. MCA has setup a Consumer Online Resource and Empowerement Centre [CORE] which is an online platform for the Indian consumer to address his grievance.
A quick look at the site tells us that CORE has already settled disputes related to Banks, Telecom companies, Training Institute and White goods manufacturer.
This was very essential for hardworking and busy Indians to bring to book companies and service providers, who don’t even have the goddamm common sense on how to talk to a consumer, forget resolving compalints. I strongly recommend you to avail of this service. Also, maybe we should all be reasonable enough to forgo petty cases involving smaller amounts. I am sure, CORE database must be growing exponentially by now 🙂

Fine this is great news…. But I just cannot browse the CORE website with little difficluty. Now who do I complain this to ?
