i complained about my balance many times to customer care
but no proper response.. they telling we wil accept u r complaint..
more than 25 times i called to customer cal regarding same reason..
nov 1 2006 my bal was Rs350..
after a week i was in out of station.. when i checked the bal..
it shows Rs-14….
jan 15 i called again for the same reason.. they told ya in u r database
354 money is there.. it wil update in u r mob within 24hrs.. but
still not getting
