Indian IT sector which grew leaps and bounds of the Y2K bug is now stepping into the stage of metamorphosis where companies work to engineer an innovative product. To fuel innovation amongst the Indian geeks, techTribe backed by several well known VCs in the valley is born.
A yearlong campaign called connect2Develop also announced, where techTribe will award a grant of up to Rs 10 lakh each month to an innovative idea collaboratively developed by professionals using the techTribe platform.
Speaking at the launch, techTribe CEO Rohit Agarwal said,
