Mukesh Ambani’s RIL had invited bids for Telecom Infrastructure [Fiber and Tower] and Economic Times journalists who spoke to insiders in the deal send feelers that Reliance Communications [RCom ]is probably the choice for RIL’s 4G LTE Broadband Rollout.
