While Steve Jobs is busy moving around his best developers to work on the iPhone, angry CEO in Redmond still thinks Microsoft can have their software running on 80% of the phones. Ballmer said,
I’d prefer to have our software in 60% or 70% or 80% of them, than I would to have 2% or 3%, which is what Apple might get.
