Nokia which broke all the barriers about cell phone manufacturing in India has achieved big landmarks – Shipped 20 Millionth handset last November with its operations being 11% cheaper than in China. If reports from ET are to be believed, then India’s neighbor, Pakistan has asked Nokia not to sell mobile phones manufactured in India in the Islamic nation shying away from democracy. All this means, higher mobile phone owning costs for Pakistanis 🙂
Sometime down the line, India will be a hub for manufacturing semiconductor devices and parts which means Pakistanis have to pay a higher price for India’s progress 😉
