Close on the heels of MTNL launching IPTV in Mumbai and Delhi, Zee TeleFilms Limited, group company DishTV India has signed up with Buena Vista International Television-Asia Pacific to beam Hollywood Movies on Demand to their customers in India. Buena Vista is the distribution arm of The Walt Disney Company.
DishTV already has selected bollywood movies under Movies on Demand service at cost of Rs40 per movie which can be viewed for 24 hours. They should give a choice of 400 movies rather than just four :(. BS reports that Hollywood movies will be available at Rs50 and can be viewed within 24 hours. The Movie can be requested by means of SMS, Phone Call or Dish TV website and is processed within 5 minutes.
