MTNL is planning to launch NLD/STD service between Mumbai and Delhi at the rate of Rs0.40/Minute(less than a cent). Reliance Communications, didn’t take long time to react and immediately announced that its fixed wireless phone customers can avail of similar benefit and call between any state capitals at the same rate as announced by MTNL. However, to avail this benefit, you have to have the phone in any of the state capital. That’s the spirit of free markets. Good job Reliance!
